Founder & Chairman

Kofoworola Ayodeji [General Kopho] is the founder and chairman, Board of Trustees of Generalkopho Leadership Program (GLP). As a leadership strategist, he trains people and organizations to scale their impact. Since 2009, he has trained and worked with over 10,000 young Nigerians on leadership and community development. An alumnus of British College of Journalism, UK and National Training Academy in Egypt, Ayodeji is passionate about creating an egalitarian society for everyone through transformational leadership. He was one of the 100 outstanding young leaders selected from 29 countries by the Egyptian government through the inaugural African Presidential Leadership Program (APLP) in 2019. Through his writings, GLP as well as the other projects he is involved in, General Kopho wants to leave the world much more better than he met it.

Oluwagbemiga Oyeneye

Oluwagbemiga Oyeneye is a passionate speaker and teacher with a strong focus on leadership development, conflict resolution/management, and personal growth. Recently, his research works have focused on building durable peace in North Africa, religious conflicts management in Nigeria, and negotiation strategies for peaceful resolution of intractable conflicts. Some of these research findings have been presented to notable institutions such as the US Army Africa – J2, the Pentagon, and the National Security Council of the White House. 

Oluwagbemiga holds a Masters degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, New Jersey. He is a board member of Generalkopho Leadership Program (GLP) Board of Trustees as well as the organization’s Chief Strategist.

Secretary GLP Board of Trustees

Olay is a Senior Integrated Master Scheduler/ EVM Specialist (PMO). She aims to change her community through leadership programs, community service, and by bringing awareness to issues such as poverty, elderly abuse, child marriage/abuse, female genital mutilation, spousal abuse, tribalism and modern day slavery.

She is an advocate for voters’ rights, fair elections, access to affordable healthcare, quality education, the right to protest, freedom of speech, gender equality and the underprivileged. She strongly believes that through FORGIVENESS and UNITY, we can HEAL THE LAND and bring CHANGE to Nigeria, the continent of Africa, and the world. We are one people striving for a JUST world.

Head of Faculty & Board Member

Oladiran Busayo is a Nigerian social entrepreneur. She is a YALI Fellow and alumna of AWEC (African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative). Busayo is the founder of The Ìgboyà Project, an organization that is helping girls living in slums/underserved communities to become role models by building their self-confidence and communication skills. She is the head of faculty and member of Board of Trustees at GLP.

Team Lead - GLP Fellowship

Môm Michael Chia

Môm is an award winning lawyer, tech enthusiast and young leader with passion for the tech aspect of legal advancement and the desire to change the narrative of legal-tech in Nigeria in particular, Africa in general and the world at large. Being a tech enthusiast, he is the founder of LegalTech Hub, a platform for lawyers, law students and other professionals who are enthusiastic about technology. He is a GeneralKopho Leadership Program fellow,  graduate of the African Leadership Institute and a former Nigerian delegate at the International Youth Parliament.  He currently works at the GLP secretariat and is the Team Lead of  GLP Fellowship.

Program Lead - TTT

Atinuke Idowu is a highly resourceful and effective teacher whose passion is to see every child access quality education. Through the EdoBest program, an Edo state government training for primary school teachers, she has worked with other trainers to build the capacity of over 7000 teachers. Atinuke works at the GLP secretariat and is the Program Lead of “Train The Tutors”, a GLP Masterclass for Nigerian teachers. In 2019, she founded Parents, Teachers and Kids (PTK) which is an online platform that provide quality education for kids.

Social Media Manager

Sanni Hussein is a thoroughbred T-shaped digital marketer, trainer and digital accounts management professional with over six years experience. He has worked in all aspects of digital marketing, advertising, account management, corporate public relations and community engagement. His diversified skills and strong knowledge of Digital Marketing have been gained from hands-on experience, working on projects for the United Nations, The SDGs Campaign Team, Google Digital Skills, Guarantee Trust Bank, Social Media Week Lagos, Covid-19 Symptoms Checker etc. He is the social media manager of Generalkopho Leadership Program (GLP).

Head of Secretariat

Adesina Gbenga

Gbenga Adesina, a 2017 GLP Fellow currently works at GLP as the Head of Secretariat. He has gone ahead to establish a Human Resource Consulting firm, Prime Watermark Consulting. With the aim to assist in the delivery of world class services to improve the standard of Nigerian businesses, by connecting job seekers and employees.
Gbenga puts his commitment into bridging the gap between talents and opportunities and end-to-end recruitment solutions. As at the third quarter of 2021, he has successfully proffered solution to the issue of unemployment by lifting over 120 persons from the job market, thereby enhancing a better living condition for those concerned.

He also runs a livestock production system aimed at reducing food scarcity and improved sustainability.

Program Assistant – GLP Fellowship


Marvellous prides herself as a storyteller. Winner of a Gold Award for The Queens Commonwealth Essay 2021, winner at #reaching 16 USAID Essay and an Honourable Mention for the UNESCO and Idries Shah World Tales Competition, she believes words hold the key needed for expression.

Never one to be caught idle, she is the Communication Lead at Teens World Empowerment, an ambassador of the Institute for Economics and Peace, an ambassador and judge of the Idixcover platform.

She is studying medicine at the University of Ibadan and is actively learning Machine Learning. She is a GLP Fellow 2020.
